An Indian newspaper group claims that Indian singer “Rabbi Shergill” will be part of Pakistan’s biggest live music show, Coke Studio. Rabbi Shergill,  well known for his chart-topper song of 2005, “Bulla Ki Jaana” . His music has been described as semi-Sufi semi-folksy kind of music with a lot of Western arrangements.
The newspaper also claims,
"Rabbi flew to Pakistan on Saturday for about a week for what would be the first Indo-Pak collaboration by Coke Studio.
“Shergill is believed to be planning to sing compositions of Bulleh Shah, the evergreen Sufi poet of the 17th century, Punjabi folk singer Yamla Jat, and poems of noted Punjabi poet and critic Dr Harbhajan Singh.”
Hopes,  it will be interesting to see Rabbi perform at Coke Studio.
